Common questions
Can you guarantee financing or a specific credit score?
No. We provide analysis and preparation. Lenders make their own decisions.
Do I need perfect records before starting?
No. Start with what you have. A readiness assessment can help identify records to update or gather.
Can you prepare statements if I only have invoices and bank records?
We can assess whether your source records support a defined statement-preparation scope. Scope, periods, reconciliations, opening balances, deliverables, fee, and limitations are confirmed before starting.
Does my business need two years of operating history?
No minimum operating age is required to discuss advisory services with 4D. Each lender has its own requirements.
Do you provide the loan?
No. Our role is advisory.
